When you contact us or submit the quotation form, we may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, company, project location, required dates, vehicle requirements and anything else you choose to include. We also receive ordinary technical and security information needed to operate the website. Google Analytics information is collected only after you accept analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotations, assess availability, prevent misuse and take steps towards a business hire agreement. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a B2B hire service and, where applicable, steps requested before entering a contract. We use non-essential analytics only with your consent.
4. Who receives it
Information may be handled by providers supporting our website, enquiry form, email, analytics and professional administration. If an enquiry progresses, relevant information may also be shared with insurers, brokers, finance providers, identity or driving-licence checking services, recovery and maintenance providers, professional advisers and authorities where necessary or required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably required for security, complaints or legal claims. Customer, accounting, insurance and incident records may be retained for the periods required by law or legitimate business need. We use access controls and appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. International processing

8. Vehicle-hire information
If you proceed to hire, we will provide additional information about driver checks, insurance and any vehicle tracking or telematics before the vehicle is released. That operational processing is governed by the hire documentation and the applicable tracking/privacy notice.
