What does self-contained mean?
The unit can operate without mains electricity, water or drainage by using its own power system, fresh-water storage, waste tank and toilet facilities. Fuel and regular servicing are still required.

CLEAR HIRE CHARGES
Static welfare hire costs & charges.
We price each site individually so that transport and servicing costs reflect the actual location and requirement rather than being hidden inside an inflated weekly rate.
Your full cost is confirmed before booking.Weekly hire, delivery, collection and any required servicing will be itemised clearly in the written quotation.
Weekly unit hire
From £295 + VAT per week, with a minimum four-week hire. Final pricing depends on unit size, specification, location, duration and availability.
Delivery & siting
Quoted separately using the site postcode, access information and lifting requirements. Suitable level access and adequate HIAB working space must be available.
Collection
Collection is quoted separately and agreed before the hire begins. Additional movements requested during the hire are chargeable.
Toilet & water servicing
Routine waste removal, water replenishment and consumables are quoted separately according to location, usage and required service frequency.
Fuel & site utilities
Generator fuel, HVO, electricity and other utilities consumed during the hire are the hiring business’s responsibility unless expressly included in the quotation.
Damage & additional cleaning
Damage, misuse, missing equipment and cleaning beyond normal use are chargeable under the signed hire agreement. Fair wear and tear is not treated as damage.
